To ensure we can assist you appropriately, please inform us in advance if stairs may pose a challenge, and we will schedule your appointment in the accessible treatment room.

Your Responsibilities
At St John’s Dental Practice, we aim to deliver outstanding dental care and service. To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
- Provide at least 48 working hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to offer the time to another patient in need.
- Notify us directly by calling 01865 515967 to make any changes.
Deposit Policy
- A deposit will be required to secure all appointments.
- If cancellations are made with appropriate notice, the deposit will remain on your account and can be applied toward future treatments.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to deliver the best possible care.
Complaints
We value your feedback and treat all complaints as opportunities to improve our services. Should you have any concerns, please feel free to:
- Speak directly with the manager.
- Address your concerns in writing to the Practice Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
St Johns Dental Practice is committed to providing our patients with exceptional dental care and service. We understand that plans may change, and we are more than happy to rearrange appointments, provided we have sufficient notice.
When a patient cancel’s without giving enough notice, this may prevent someone else from being seen. To help us maintain this level of care we politely request that we are given at least 48 working- hours’ notice of any cancellations.
Please call the practice directly on 01865 515967 to notify us of any changes or cancellations to your appointment.
Deposits will be taken for all appointments. Failure to notify the practice within the requested time will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you have paid a deposit and you provide the right notice of any cancellations, then your deposit will be held on your account and can be used against the cost of any future treatment.
