New Patients

St John Dental Practice

All new patients need to fill out a Medical History Form. These can be obtained from reception and you will need to fill in a separate form for each new patient who wishes to your registration appointment. To save you time, you can download the form here and print it off to be filled in at home. You can then bring the completed form with you when you come in to your registration appointment.
When you first visit our practice, we will check your teeth and mouth; measurements of gum health will be made and your mouth will be screened for oral cancer and x-rays will be taken. After listening to your concerns and discussing treatment options we will create a personal treatment plan based on the information from this visit. At your next visit we will clarify any questions you may have about the treatment plan and its outcomes before starting your treatment.

Children`s Dentistry

We go out of our way to make children’s dentistry as enjoyable, fun and pain-free as possible. We believe in encouraging good habits early on and take a preventative approach to treatment. We like to see children as young as possible to encourage good brushing and diet. We are a family practice and enjoy treating whole families.
